It's been a messy week or two here at What I Would Do. So messy, in fact, that I feel that I need to make a quick post to address everything.
First of all, you may already know that me and Laura were in New Brunswick a week or so ago (Laura still remaining there), and due to the terrible internet connection we weren't able to post. That's my excuse for not posting then.
Now, however, I'm back in Edmonton and have been for a few days. The internet connection has been fine. I've simply not posted, and no excuse can really save me.
Thus my new punishment is well deserved, although it is perhaps the most cruel of all the punishments I've acquired.
While I have this opportunity to speak purely about the blog and it's affairs, I'd like to take a minute to talk about the pushup challenge I set for myself. As for the 500 pushups in two days idea, it was, predictably, a massive fail. For the main challenge, I'll still keep working towards my goal. That said I'd like to only do pushups on the days that I post so as not to wear myself out. 40 pushups a few days ago!
Now, I hate to make a short and cheap post once again, but I would like to end it here so as to be properly rested for tomorrow. The grade 9 graduation and dance is this Friday, and I want to still be sharp when I (hopefully) bring myself to ask a girl I like to dance. Then again, perhaps I want my brain to be foggy on the dance night; if I'm too sharp, I might never work up the courage to ask her to dance.
Wish me luck!
